Show Room and Townhouse

This project encompasses both a car show room and townhouse. The transparency between spaces allows each side to be on display. The residential space includes three levels, with the top floor elevating just above the garage roof and providing a view of the city skyline through an elegant clerestory space. The living area is open to all three levels and also visible from the garage. Additionally, the building features a workshop in the rear of the property to service the vehicles.
